EUIPO has published the second edition of the “Intellectual Property Infringement and Enforcement - Tech Watch Discussion Paper”. It contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the complexity of emerging and disruptive technologies and considers the impact of these technologies in the future protection, infringement and enforcement of intellectual property.
Moreover, because of the increasing focus on environmental protection, sustainable development and the need to address the challenges of climate change, the paper also considers the impact of these technologies on these issues.
